Abstract

We are looking for a hybrid Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Front-End Engineer to join our team. This crucial role is two-fold: 1) Build user-friendly interfaces for our internal data management systems (part of Software for ColivingLiguria), and 2) Collaborate with our Social Media Manager to design a new commercial public-facing website to attract new residents.

The Role: A Hybrid Challenge

This position is a blend of technical front-end development and creative graphic design.

  1. Front-End / UI Development: You will be responsible for creating the front-end interfaces for our internal software. We are building databases to track everything in the ColivingLiguria project, and we need user-friendly ways to access and manage:

    • Booking & Marketing Data: Reservations, potential leads, and customer info.
    • Financial Data: All income and expenses.
    • Inventory: Physical items, from books in our library to food in the cellar.

  2. Web & Graphic Design (Crucial): This is the most important part of the role. You will work in close collaboration with the Social Media Manager to completely re-envision our public-facing website.

    • The current site (the one you are reading) is a detailed, text-based “brain” for the project.
    • We need a new, visually appealing, and “catchy” commercial site that is less detailed but more attractive to potential guests and collaborators.

Location & Compensation Model

  • Remote vs. On-Site: This job can be done remotely. However, our primary compensation model is designed for individuals who come to live on-site at Ville Chiappella.
  • On-Site Benefits: As a resident, you get to enjoy all community services, participate in all other Supplementary Projects, and live in a beautiful, creative environment.
  • Tools Provided: We will provide all necessary IT equipment for your work, including a computer, internet access, an iPad for drawing, and whatever else you may need.

Compensation is flexible, similar to the Social Media Manager role. At least until mid-2026, we are prioritizing the following models:

  1. Core Resident: You join the community at Ville Chiappella and receive free or heavily reduced rent in exchange for your work, formalized with a Contract for Residents.
  2. Profit-Sharing: We can agree on a formal partnership where your remuneration is tied to a share of the project’s profits.
  3. Salaried Positions: Standard salaried pay is generally not an option until at least mid-2026 and will only be considered in exceptional cases.

    • Il sito attuale (quello che stai leggendo) è un “cervello” dettagliato e testuale per il progetto.
    • Abbiamo bisogno di un nuovo sito commerciale, visivamente accattivante e “catchy”, che sia meno dettagliato ma piĂą attraente per potenziali ospiti e collaboratori.

Sede di Lavoro e Modello di Retribuzione

  • Remoto vs. In Sede: Questo lavoro può essere svolto da remoto. Tuttavia, il nostro modello di retribuzione principale è pensato per persone che vengono a vivere in loco a Ville Chiappella.
  • Benefici in Sede: Come residente, potrai godere di tutti i servizi della community, partecipare a tutti gli altri Supplementary Projects, e vivere in un ambiente splendido e creativo.
  • Strumenti Forniti: Forniremo tutta l’attrezzatura informatica necessaria per il tuo lavoro, inclusi computer, accesso a internet, un iPad per disegnare e qualsiasi altra cosa possa servire.

La retribuzione è flessibile, simile al ruolo del Social Media Manager. Almeno fino alla metà del 2026, diamo priorità ai seguenti modelli:

  1. Residente Principale: Ti unisci alla community a Ville Chiappella e ricevi affitto gratuito o fortemente ridotto in cambio del tuo lavoro, formalizzato con un Contract for Residents.
  2. Condivisione dei Profitti (Profit-Sharing): Possiamo concordare una partnership formale in cui la tua remunerazione è legata a una quota dei profitti del progetto.
  3. Posizioni Stipendiate: Un normale stipendio non è generalmente un’opzione fino almeno alla metà del 2026 e sarà considerato solo in casi eccezionali.
