Contractual Binding The following rules are explicitly stated in Attachment C (House Rules) of your Lease Agreement. By signing the contract, you have agreed to abide by these regulations. The contract remains the authoritative source for all legal and financial obligations.

Ban on Smoking Indoors
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside any room, hall, or common space of the ColivingLiguria buildings. The structure is equipped with smoke sensors to detect violations.
Penalty: Violation of this ban, ascertained visually or through the activation of sensors, entails the immediate application of a penalty of € 20.00.
External Areas and Respect
It is strongly advised against smoking in the immediate vicinity of the building. Please move to a sufficient distance to prevent smoke from re-entering through windows, doors, or air intakes, causing disturbance to other residents and permeating the ColivingLiguria spaces.
Management of Cigarette Butts
It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground, both in the internal and external spaces of ColivingLiguria, as well as in the neighboring public or private areas. Butts must be strictly extinguished and thrown in the appropriate bins, respecting the waste disposal rules.
Penalty: Abandoning butts outside the appropriate containers entails the application of a penalty of € 50.00 for each infraction detected. This amount will be inscribed in the Tenant’s “Debit Line”, as regulated by Attachment F of the contract.

Divieto di Fumo negli Spazi Interni
È severamente vietato fumare all’interno di qualsiasi locale, stanza o spazio comune degli edifici di ColivingLiguria. La struttura è dotata di sensori antifumo.
Sanzione: La violazione di tale divieto, accertata visivamente o tramite l’attivazione dei sensori, comporta l’applicazione immediata di una penale di € 20,00.
Aree Esterne e Rispetto
È fortemente sconsigliato fumare nelle immediate vicinanze dell’edificio. Si prega di allontanarsi a una distanza sufficiente per evitare che il fumo rientri attraverso finestre, porte o prese d’aria, arrecando disturbo agli altri residenti e permeando gli spazi di ColivingLiguria.
Gestione dei Mozziconi
È severamente vietato gettare mozziconi di sigaretta a terra, sia negli spazi interni che esterni di ColivingLiguria, nonché nelle aree pubbliche o private limitrofe. I mozziconi devono essere tassativamente spenti e gettati negli appositi cestini, rispettando le regole di smaltimento rifiuti.
Sanzione: L’abbandono di mozziconi al di fuori degli appositi contenitori comporta l’applicazione di una penale di € 50,00 per ogni infrazione rilevata. Tale importo verrà iscritto nella “Linea di Debito” del Conduttore, come disciplinato dall’Allegato F del contratto.
