At ColivingLiguria, we don’t just accept pets; we build for them. We are creating a unique environment where you can live, work remotely, and keep your horse right on your doorstep.
The Facilities: Comfort & Technology
The Paddock Your horse will reside on the Terreni oltre Torrente, a beautiful, flat riverside plot of 1,240 m². This area is dedicated to grazing and free movement, ensuring your animal has ample space to thrive.
- Expansion Potential: We have a concrete plan to significantly expand this flat terrain if demand increases, potentially tripling the available grazing area.
The Shelter We are constructing a dedicated Horse Shelter to ensure maximum comfort in all seasons.
- Winter: The structure will be fully enclosed and insulated to protect against the cold.
- Summer: A forced ventilation system will keep the shaded areas cool and airy.
- Technology: The stable will be energy-autonomous (solar panels) and connected to the internet, featuring internal cameras so you can monitor your horse from your room.
Capacity & Demand
- Current Limit: To ensure the highest quality of life and compliance with regulations, our current capacity is strictly limited to 3 Horses.
- High Demand: We already have bookings for the upcoming season. If you are interested, you must let us know well in advance. Last-minute requests are unlikely to be accommodated.

Il Paddock Il tuo cavallo risiederà sui Terreni oltre Torrente, un bellissimo appezzamento pianeggiante lungo il fiume di 1.240 m². Quest’area è dedicata al pascolo e al movimento libero, garantendo al tuo animale ampio spazio per prosperare.
- Potenziale di Espansione: Abbiamo un piano concreto per espandere significativamente questo terreno pianeggiante se la domanda dovesse aumentare, raddoppiando potenzialmente l’area di pascolo disponibile.
Il Rifugio Stiamo costruendo un Horse Shelter (Rifugio per Cavalli) dedicato per garantire il massimo comfort in tutte le stagioni.
- Inverno: La struttura sarà completamente chiusa e isolata per proteggere dal freddo.
- Estate: Un sistema di ventilazione forzata manterrà le aree ombreggiate fresche e arieggiate.
- Tecnologia: La stalla sarà energeticamente autonoma (pannelli solari) e connessa a internet, con telecamere interne per poter monitorare il tuo cavallo dalla tua stanza.

- Limite Attuale: Per garantire la massima qualità di vita e la conformità alle normative, la nostra capacità attuale è rigorosamente limitata a 3 Cavalli.
- Alta Richiesta: Abbiamo già prenotazioni per la prossima stagione. Se sei interessato, devi farcelo sapere con largo anticipo. È improbabile che le richieste dell’ultimo minuto possano essere soddisfatte.
