Abstract

This page outlines the process for establishing a Contract for Music Events at ColivingLiguria. As we are a new project, we do not have a fixed PDF template yet. The contract will be co-created with the first artists who collaborate with us. This page explains the two main contract models and clarifies that all interested artists must contact Simone Testino directly to begin the process.

This Contract is a Collaboration

We are in the very early stages of our project, and our legal frameworks are being built step-by-step. We do not have a standard, one-size-fits-all PDF contract for music events yet.

Our goal is to create the first contract together with the first artist or band that wants to play here. This allows us to build a fair, simple, and effective agreement that works for both parties.

The Two Event Models

We will base our contract on one of two simple models:

1. The Marketing-Driven Model (Free Concert)

   • This is for artists who want to play for community and marketing benefits.
   • You get: A free venue, sound system, promotion on our Social Media, and free accommodation.
   • We get: A great live music event for our community.
   • The Contract: Will be very simple, formalising that the event is free for all attendees and no fees will be exchanged.

2. The Financial-Driven Model (Ticketed Concert)

   • This applies if you wish to charge an entry fee for external guests or have other financial expectations.
   • The Contract: This will be a more detailed profit-sharing agreement. It will clearly state:
     • All residents of Coliving Liguria attend for free.
     • A clear percentage split of ticket revenue between you and the Coliving.
     • Who manages the ticketing (via our Event Registration system).

Related Legal Documents

This contract will work alongside our other standard agreements. You should be familiar with them:

• Propose an Event: Your proposal must first be sent and approved according to this process.
• Contract for Events: This is the separate contract that all attendees (your fans, our guests) must sign to be on the property during the event.

Questa pagina delinea il processo per la creazione di un Contratto per Eventi Musicali a ColivingLiguria. Essendo un progetto nuovo, non abbiamo ancora un modello PDF fisso. Il contratto sarà co-creato con i primi artisti che collaboreranno con noi. Questo Contratto è una Collaborazione

Siamo nelle primissime fasi del nostro progetto e i nostri quadri legali sono in costruzione passo dopo passo. Non abbiamo ancora un contratto PDF standard e universale per gli eventi musicali.

Il nostro obiettivo è creare il primo contratto insieme al primo artista o alla prima band che vorrà suonare qui. Questo ci permette di costruire un accordo equo, semplice ed efficace che funzioni per entrambe le parti.

I Due Modelli di Evento

Baseremo il nostro contratto su uno dei due semplici modelli:

1. Il Modello Basato sul Marketing (Concerto Gratuito)

   • Questo è per gli artisti che vogliono suonare in cambio di visibilità e per la community.
   • Tu ricevi: Una location gratuita, impianto audio, promozione sui nostri Social Media e alloggio gratuito.
   • Noi riceviamo: Un fantastico evento di musica dal vivo per la nostra comunità.
   • Il Contratto: Sarà molto semplice, formalizzando che l’evento è gratuito per tutti i partecipanti e che non ci sono scambi monetari.

2. Il Modello Basato sulla Finanza (Concerto a Pagamento)

   • Questo si applica se desideri far pagare un biglietto d’ingresso agli ospiti esterni o hai altre aspettative finanziarie.
   • Il Contratto: Sarà un accordo di profit-sharing più dettagliato. Specificherà chiaramente:
     • Tutti i residenti di Coliving Liguria partecipano gratuitamente.
     • Una chiara suddivisione percentuale dei ricavi dei biglietti tra te e il Coliving.
     • Chi gestisce la biglietteria (tramite il nostro sistema di Event Registration).

Documenti Legali Correlati

Questo contratto si affiancherà ai nostri altri accordi standard. Dovresti familiarizzare con essi:

• Propose an Event: La tua proposta di evento deve prima essere inviata e approvata secondo questo processo.
• Contract for Events: Questo è il contratto separato che tutti i partecipanti (i tuoi fan, i nostri ospiti) devono firmare per essere sulla proprietà durante l’evento.
