This document outlines the characteristics of three plots of land located across the stream.

Description and Potential Use
The property consists of three entirely wooded and very steep plots, bordered by two streams. These lands are appurtenant to the Ca dei Citti bed and breakfast, which might be interested in their future use.
- Potential Uses:
- Firewood Harvesting: The woods can be a source of firewood.
- Project Collaboration: It could be an interesting opportunity for someone to Propose a Project focused on managing these woods with the strategic goal of selling or renting them to the “Ca dei Citti” B&B.
- The plots should not be difficult to fence. It is hard to imagine other uses for these lands beyond those mentioned.
Access
Direct vehicle access is possible by right of ownership. The main access road is a continuation of Str. Chiappella, which leads directly to the B&B and the lands. We expect this road to be well-maintained, including snow removal in winter.

Legal Status and Risks
- Potential Strategies: An interesting possibility would be to explore Usucapione (Adverse Possession) for the surrounding plots, particularly those that are more isolated and likely not of interest to the B&B (e.g., 31, 265 downstream, or 223, 22 between the two streams).
- Identified Risks: The significant steepness of the terrain and the proximity to two streams mean that hydrological and landslide risks must be seriously considered and assessed.
